When the world's most demanding users are called on to complete the most arduous missions in the worst possible conditions, the boat they choose is the Zodiac Hurricane! Used by the Australian Navy, the Zodiac Hurricane 733 is definitely no ordinary RIB. Built to Lloyds standards with a hand laid GRP hull, an Aluminium cabin and outboard pod, and complete protection from the elements, this strong and capable vessel goes where others cannot. The deep V hull and Hypalon inflatable collar give a smooth and dry ride in even the most challenging conditions. This vessel is an exceptional example of the design and offers the utmost versatility. The hull is fitted with special inserts for cabin removal and conversion to a centre console and T top if desired, and the aft clears can also be easily removed for passages in warm weather. The cabin itself is well equipped with twin seats, and a very well appointed helm station with Raymarine C80 Chartplotter with Radar and sounder. There is also plenty of storage, and excellent visibility.

Outside, the cockpit features quality cork flooring, and three bucket seats along the stern. There is a platform for walking around the decks, and plenty of space to relax in the bow.

This vessel is powered by Twin Mercury 150HP Optimax Counter Rotating Outboards with approx. 150hrs on the clocks. These provide exceptional performance in all conditions. The vessel will cruise comfortably at 25knots, with a top speed of 40 Knots, and the 600L fuel capacity creates an impressive cruising range.

The vessel is supplied with a quality Dunbier dual axle trailer. This has been significantly upgraded with synthetic brake linings, new bearings and bearing buddies, new LED lights, 316 stainless steel brake calipers with ceramic pistons, and a boat catch system.

This vessel presents an exceptional opportunity for any one looking for a seriously capable vessel. It can be put into 2C survey for commercial work, or can be enjoyed as a chase boat, fishing platform, or even for expedition style passages.
