Designed by Ross Turner, the Jarcat Coral Cruiser is renowned for its spacious interior and impressive performance. This vessel is an excellent example of the design, having been purpose built to take passengers around the stunning waters of Beauty Point on the Tamar River in Northern Tasmania. The vessel worked for approximately 10 years before being sailed to Hobart to be enjoyed as a recreational vessel. Ideal for exploring the numerous rivers and channels, it can access even the most shallow beach anchorages. Ideal as a family cruiser or even as a comfortable liveaboard, this vessel is sure to impress!

Stepping inside, the build quality is immediately evident. The timber fitout has been superbly finished and provides a warm and welcoming ambience. The 360 degree visibility from the saloon makes the vessel a joy to use all year round, where you can take in the view of your favourite anchorage in complete comfort! There is seating for 10 on the neatly upholstered settees, with central folding leaf dinette providing a great space for meals onboard. The starboard hull features the galley, which is well appointed will generous stainless steel bench top, sink with fresh water, 2 burner portable gas stove, esky, and plenty storage. The accommodation is ideal for cruising with family and friends and includes a large double berth forward in each hull. The dinette can also lower to create 2 double berths in the saloon when additional accommodation is required. The package is complete with a private bathroom with toilet and vanity in the port hull.

Outside, the cockpit is spacious, with plenty of seating. The helm station is well protected with the hard dodger, and all controls easily in reach. Ideal for use shorthanded, it features a Raymarine autopilot, furling headsail, and mainsail in a boom bag with lazy jacks.

This vessel is powered by twin Mercury 15HP Outboards which can be easily raised when not in use. These provide economical cruising at 6 knots.
