Details
This is the original King's Messenger, a renowned vessel with an excellent reputation as a club racer/cruiser in the IOR class on Sydney Harbour! It boasts an exceptional pedigree, with a sistership winning the 1979 Sydney to Hobart Race! This vessel is a VERY WELL PRESENTED EXAMPLE of these popular 30ft CRUISER/CLUB RACERS.

On deck the efficient design is evident with all lines lead aft to the cockpit for easy handling and the cockpit is spacious, again for efficient crew work or just relaxing at anchor. This vessel features a brand NEW Quantam boom bag and lazy jack system.

A REFIT was completed in 2009/2010 with the main feature being an upgrade down below, full interior repaint provides a very fresh look, plenty of timber trims add quality to the fitout, even the cushions are all looking as new, with berths for 5.

Well powered by a 20HP YANMAR DIESEL and good SAIL WARDROBE all recently serviced by Quantum Hobart, all ready to cruise or start club/twilight racing

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as a club racer, or for the family looking for their first boat and could even do longer races eg Launceston to Hobart with gear upgrades.
