RECENT WORKS COMPLETED:
Rigging:
2021 - The mast was stripped back the the bare extrusion, and professionally sprayed with 2 pack clear "diamond coat". The standing rigging was replaced with dyneema (5 x the strength of stainless steel wire!) including new turnbuckles, spreader tips and toggles. The forestay was replaced with new stainless steel wire. Detachable running back stays were fitted in Dyneema. A new Profurl C350 genoa furler was installed and the Harken Staysail furler was stripped, inspected, serviced and re-installed. Internal conduit was added to the mast and new wiring and LED lighting, and VHF antenna were installed. A new Raymarine wind instrument was installed. A spinnaker pole track was added so the spinnaker pole could be stored on the mast. The original chain plates were replaced with new 10 x 50mm stainless steel chain plates, and HDPE caps were added at deck level. The bow roller and stern fittings were removed and overhauled. New backing plates were manufactured for these and reinstalled.
